PixeLogic

Privacy policy

Effective: 21 September 2026

Operator and privacy contact

This policy covers the Android app PixeLogic, operated by DESIGNFAB LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY (DesignFab). For support or privacy requests, email tmddyd58@gmail.com. No app account is required.

Your app data

The app stores game progress, scores, achievements and preferences on your device to provide its features and your chosen settings. We do not automatically upload these records to a publisher server or include them in advertising requests. The app has no automatic cloud sync. Android automatic app backup is disabled. Core functions remain available offline; advertising and external services need a connection.

Advertising and privacy choices

The app integrates Google advertising and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). When these services run, Google and its advertising partners may process IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them, device or other identifiers, app/ad interactions, and performance diagnostics. This processing supports ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Your private app records are separate from this processing. We request consent where required. Available choices depend on your region and Google's message configuration. Where offered, use Ad privacy choices in Settings to review or change your choice. Declining personalized ads does not necessarily stop all technical processing or all ads. If consent cannot be obtained or an ad cannot load, the app's core features remain usable.

Where available and allowed by your settings, Google's SDK may use Android advertising ID and app set ID. You can manage advertising-ID controls in Android Settings.

Sharp Five may load fonts from Google Fonts. These requests send the network address and technical request information to Google, not your saved app records. External links and storage providers have their own privacy practices.

Export, import and deletion

You choose whether and where to export or share a file. A cloud storage provider receives a file only when you select that destination or share it. Exports are ordinary files without additional app-level encryption. Protect any personal content in them. You can delete local records with the app's available controls, reset app data in Settings, use Android Settings → Apps → PixeLogic → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall. There is no account-deletion step. Exported copies remain wherever you saved them and must be deleted separately. Resetting app records does not delete information already processed by Google or withdraw SDK consent; use the ad privacy and provider controls for that.

Retention and security

Local data remains until you delete it, reset storage or uninstall. We cannot recover deleted records from a publisher cloud account because none is provided. Google's services and any storage provider apply their own retention policies. SDK transmissions use encrypted connections; this does not add encryption to your exported files or local records.

Sharp Five keeps up to 500 recent history entries; older history may be replaced. Summary totals and saved progress can remain until reset. After a successful backup import, one local copy of the preceding state is kept for undo; the next successful import replaces it and a full reset removes it.

Support and your rights

If you email us, we use the contact details and information you choose to provide to answer your request. Send only what is needed; avoid private receipts or financial records unless relevant and you choose to share them. We retain correspondence as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations. Depending on local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing, withdraw consent, or complain to your data protection authority. Contact the address above. We cannot directly access records stored only on your device. Where required, consent is the basis for optional advertising processing; responding to support and maintaining security rely on the applicable lawful basis, including legitimate interests where permitted. Service providers may process data outside your country under their policies and applicable safeguards.

Questions and changes

These apps are not designed specifically for children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us. We update this policy when data handling changes and display the effective date here. Links below explain Google's own processing and controls.
